...as pointed out already, the site is very basic and i'm sorry about this, trust me when I say the management abilities are better at the deliveries than the tech and marketing!

Feel free to email any questions or clarifications if this summary doesn't quite answer your question:

As a business, if you're centrally located, collections are easily arranged from your own business in town when you prefer, 10-4pm and Mondays we close, running the bikes all week without a check-over and dedicated service is bad news!

So, collection from town and coverage is within the bypass: Fulford, Rawcliffe, Osbaldwick, New Earswick etc,
Orders are delivered sameday, then what isn't delivered can be dry stored overnight by us and tried again the following morning unless you want products returned - or maybe prefer to post, then no worries!
'we missed you' cards are left and the recipient can contact either you or us to re-arrange.
Once all deliveries are complete, you will get text or email confirmation and a summary of any problems.

Insurance: Goods in Transit upto £5,000 and Public Liability upto £2m, once the planned delivery hub is operational there will be suitable contents cover in place also.
Weight, currently the weight limit is 175kg for the eBullitt, 150kg for the eTrike or 50kg with Bike & Trailers, but 90% of the time what matters is securing size and bulk - not actual weight.

Introducing electric logistics across York has been an uphill struggle, but what that means now we're established is you get an experienced and reliable service which is quite literally miles ahead of anything else available.
We cover moving many things around, inc basic cafe furniture, ingredients, glassware, books, small kitchen equipment, sections of stock and basically anything we can fit through gridlock traffic. Check 'the Gram for pics!
